Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Contact us at SALES@sanillc.com to initiate a return. You will receive instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item is defective or damaged or get expired , please contact us immediately at SALES@sanillc.com for a resolution.

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, or sale items. Please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
